About Austin
When I was three years old, I was diagnosed on the Autism spectrum with Pervasive Developmental Disorder Not Otherwise Specified, which led to doctors believing that I would never be able to speak nor take care of myself when I got older. But I gladly proved those doctors wrong, as I have defied those negative stereotypes and graduated from East High School in 2016. Four years later, I am preparing to graduate with a journalism degree from Rochester Institute of Technology in Spring 2021.
After graduation, I will consider doing freelance work related to video games and technology for my personal YouTube channel. This work will be heavily influenced by creators like James Rolfe (the Angry Video Game Nerd), Shane Luis (Rerez) and Scott "The Woz" Wozniak.

This ultimately inspired me to major in Journalism at RIT.
